Tribunal publishes Determination 13/2016

The Queensland Independent Remuneration Tribunal delivered Determination 13/2016 to the Clerk of the Parliament on 16 December 2016.

Determination 13/2016 removes the requirement for the Clerk of the Parliament to produce a bi-annual report on expenditure against the Electoral and Communication Allowance; provides that, in certain circumstances, Members may be entitled to receive fuel reimbursements from the General Travel Allocation (up to $150); and facilitates the transfer of the Electorate Office Cleaning and the Electorate Office Equipment Consumables allocations to the Electorate and Communication Allowance, effective 1 January 2017.
