2016 Determinations

Determination 13/2016

On 16 December 2016 the Tribunal issued Determination 13/2016 to make minor amendments to the allowances system.

Determination 12/2016

On 29 August 2016 the Tribunal issued Determination 12/2016 to set the new base salary levels for a member and make consequent adjustments to the additional salary of office holders effective from 1 September 2015, 1 September 2016 and 1 September 2017.

Determination 11/2016

On 8 March 2016 the Tribunal issued Determination 11/2016 to set the additional salary payable to the Office of Minister and Leader of the House, effective from 16 February 2016.

Determination 10/2016

On 12 January 2016 the Tribunal issued Determination 10/2016 to set the new base salary for a member and make consequent adjustments to the additional salary of office holders, effective from 1 September 2015.
